A LibraryThing Review
T. Neill Anderson uses a blend of fictional characters mixed with historical figures and events to weave a very gripping tale of the Galveston Hurricane of 1900.
He immediately jumps into a graphic description of the storm and its destructive power letting the reader sense the fear, desperation and horror that the characters are experiencing as they fight for their lives against nature’s worst.
Although classified as YA Fiction, it is written in a fashion that is still enjoyable to an older reader.
